Earlin Ear Drops by Cablin Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. are a combination ear medication containing Clotrimazole and Lignocaine Hydrochloride. The formulation is intended for the management of selected fungal infections of the external ear canal accompanied by itching, irritation and discomfort.

Clotrimazole is an imidazole antifungal medicine that works by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, an essential process involved in fungal cell membrane formation. This action helps control the growth of susceptible fungi responsible for certain external ear infections.

Lignocaine Hydrochloride is a local anaesthetic that temporarily blocks nerve signal transmission, providing symptomatic relief from pain and discomfort in the affected area.

Earlin Ear Drops may be prescribed for selected cases of otomycosis or fungal otitis externa when antifungal treatment and local pain relief are clinically appropriate.

Available in a 5 ml plastic dropper bottle, Earlin Ear Drops should be used strictly according to a registered medical practitioner's instructions. An ENT specialist should evaluate the eardrum when perforation is suspected.
