Using the portal

Digify Pharma is a business-to-business directory and enquiry platform for the pharmaceutical trade. By using the portal you agree to these terms.

You must be authorised to act for the business you list, and the details you publish must be accurate and current.

Listings

Listing is free. We verify companies before publishing a profile, but verification is a check of documents supplied to us and is not a guarantee of any company's performance, stock, quality or conduct.

We may edit, suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or that breaches these terms or applicable law.

Enquiries and deals

Digify Pharma introduces buyers and companies. Any order, agreement, payment or supply arrangement is strictly between the two businesses concerned. We are not a party to it and we do not take a commission on it.

Verify licences, documents, stock and terms directly with the other party before you commit to a transaction.

Prohibited use

Do not post job enquiries, unrelated advertising, prescription-only sales to consumers, scraped contact data, or any content that breaches the Drugs and Cosmetics Act or other applicable regulation.

Liability

The portal is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Digify Pharma is not liable for losses arising from dealings between members, from listing content supplied by members, or from any interruption of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised terms.
