Bronex Syrup by Cablin Healthcare is a prescription respiratory formulation containing Terbutaline Sulphate, Bromhexine Hydrochloride, Guaiphenesin and Menthol. This combination is intended for selected respiratory conditions involving productive cough, chest congestion, thick mucus and bronchospasm.

Terbutaline Sulphate is a beta-2 adrenergic bronchodilator that helps relax airway smooth muscles, improving airflow when reversible airway narrowing is present.

Bromhexine Hydrochloride is a mucolytic agent that helps reduce mucus thickness, making respiratory secretions easier to clear. Guaiphenesin acts as an expectorant, helping loosen mucus and facilitate its removal through coughing.

Menthol provides a cooling sensation that may temporarily soothe mild throat irritation and respiratory discomfort.

Bronex Syrup may be prescribed for selected respiratory conditions involving mucus accumulation and bronchospasm when this combination is considered clinically appropriate.

Available in a 60 ml bottle, Bronex Syrup should be taken strictly according to a registered medical practitioner's prescription. The dosage and duration of treatment depend on the patient's age, respiratory condition, medical history and response to treatment.
