Zonaket-S Cream by Medroots is a topical combination formulation containing Ketoconazole, Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline, Tolnaftate, Neomycin Sulphate and Clobetasol Propionate. The product combines antifungal, antibacterial and corticosteroid ingredients for external application.

Ketoconazole is an imidazole antifungal agent that works by disrupting fungal cell membrane synthesis. Tolnaftate is another topical antifungal ingredient used against certain dermatophytes.

Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline, also known as Clioquinol, is a halogenated hydroxyquinoline derivative with antimicrobial activity. Neomycin Sulphate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic active against certain bacteria.

Clobetasol Propionate is a highly potent corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation, itching and redness. However, its use in combination with antifungal ingredients requires particular caution because corticosteroids can worsen or conceal fungal infections.
