RUKFF-A Syrup by Medroots is a prescription respiratory formulation containing Ambroxol Hydrochloride, Guaiphenesin and Terbutaline Sulphate. This combination is used for selected respiratory conditions involving productive cough, thick mucus, chest congestion and bronchospasm.

Ambroxol Hydrochloride is a mucolytic agent that helps reduce the thickness of respiratory mucus, allowing it to be cleared more easily from the airways. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that helps loosen respiratory secretions and facilitates mucus clearance through coughing.

Terbutaline Sulphate is a beta-2 adrenergic bronchodilator that relaxes airway smooth muscles, helping relieve reversible airway narrowing and associated wheezing.
