Lecit-AM Tablets by Cablin Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. contain Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride and Ambroxol Hydrochloride, a combination formulated for the management of selected respiratory conditions involving allergic symptoms and thick mucus.

Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride is a second-generation antihistamine that works by blocking histamine H1 receptors. It helps relieve allergy-related symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itching and watery eyes.

Ambroxol Hydrochloride is a mucolytic medicine that helps reduce the thickness of respiratory mucus, making it easier to clear from the airways through coughing.
