Conitear-Plus Eye Drops by NovaLab Eye Vision are an ophthalmic combination containing Naphazoline Hydrochloride, Chlorpheniramine Maleate (CPM) and Methyl Cellulose. The formulation is intended to provide temporary symptomatic relief from certain allergic eye conditions involving redness, itching, watering and irritation.
Naphazoline Hydrochloride is an ocular decongestant that helps reduce temporary eye redness by constricting superficial blood vessels. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that helps relieve itching and discomfort associated with allergic reactions. Methyl Cellulose acts as a lubricating agent, helping maintain moisture on the eye surface and soothe dryness.
Conitear-Plus Eye Drops may be prescribed for temporary relief from symptoms associated with allergic conjunctivitis and other selected allergic eye conditions. The combination provides decongestant, antihistamine and lubricating actions.
Available in a 10 ml bottle, Conitear-Plus Eye Drops should be used according to an ophthalmologist's instructions. Prolonged use of ocular decongestants should be avoided because of the risk of rebound redness.
