LINOWELL-600 Tablets by Everwell contain Linezolid 600 mg, a prescription oxazolidinone antibiotic used for treating selected serious bacterial infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive microorganisms. Linezolid works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis through binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, helping control certain resistant bacterial infections. LINOWELL-600 may be prescribed for selected cases of pneumonia, complicated skin and soft tissue infections, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infections and certain vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus infections when clinically appropriate. Available in blister strip packaging, the medicine should be taken strictly according to a registered medical practitioner's prescription, considering bacterial susceptibility, blood counts, potential drug interactions, neurological adverse effects and recommended treatment duration.
